In 5 years we will have accumulated over 100,000 just in paydown. We also have a monthly profit spread from the Buyer's payments. Good house, nice condition on the inside, showed very well.
Exit Plan: Signed a Lease Option with a buyer-investor. This buyer paid a 5% down payment and is making monthly lease payments and intends to refinance off our balance with him in the coming years, at which time we will get the house appraised. An easy sale!
