The portfolio and fund is founded and operated by Thomas Harpole, a broker and investor in Colorado who has completed over 160 transactions worth $60 million in volume. The company currently holds 10.1m worth of single-family and multi-family assets, in addition to flipping properties to generate cash for more acquisition.
